Pace is open-source software released under the MIT License. That license governs your use of the software: it's provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It automates your Mac — keep action mode's approval prompts on until you trust it.

Purchases

The paid tier is a one-time purchase that supports development. Payment is handled entirely by the payment processor — Pace never sees or stores payment details. If something's wrong with your purchase, email me and I'll make it right.

Your data

There is no service, no account, and no data of yours in my hands — see the privacy policy. Uninstalling Pace and deleting ~/Library/Application Support/Pace/ removes everything.

These terms are deliberately short because the architecture makes most standard clauses unnecessary. If you need something formal for procurement, email me.
